This is an excellent opportunity for experienced sales professionals or those with account management backgrounds looking to transition into a strategic sales role within a thriving industry.
Position Overview:
As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by building and nurturing relationships with businesses across a variety of industries. You will contribute to the company’s success by developing sales strategies, conducting market research, and leading client engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of fintech solutions, a proactive approach, and a passion for contributing to a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and providing tailored fintech solutions to drive value.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and execute sales strategies, leveraging market insights to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Proposals & Deal Negotiation: Prepare persuasive proposals, negotiate deals, and identify opportunities to expand partnerships through upselling and cross-selling.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay on top of industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging opportunities. Provide insights to position the company as a leader in the fintech space.
- Client Outreach: Proactively identify and engage potential clients, expanding the company’s footprint across different markets and industries.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years in fintech, payments, or financial services sales/account management.
- Client Management: Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of diverse clients, focusing on building long-term partnerships.
- Sales Skills: Strong track record of driving sales growth, closing deals, and leveraging strategic partnerships.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Energy & Drive: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to grow within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial company.
- Languages: Fluency in English & Russian;
