Are you passionate about building impactful partnerships within the payments ecosystem? We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead and grow strategic partnerships with Payment Service Providers (PSPs), Alternative Payment Methods (APMs), and acquiring banks. You will play a key role in expanding our payment solutions and ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient operations.
Position Overview:
As a Business Development Manager – Payment Partnerships, you will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and managing partnerships with key players in the payment industry. Your role will involve driving growth by working closely with PSPs, acquirers, and other payment partners to expand our global payment infrastructure and deliver innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with PSPs, APMs, acquirers, and banks to drive the expansion of the company’s payment solutions globally.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, identify opportunities, and assess potential partners.
- Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations with payment partners to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring the continued success and growth of partnerships.
- Integration & Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including compliance, technical integration, and legal, to ensure seamless partner integration and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor the performance of partnerships and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management for ongoing optimization.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the payments industry, with a focus on business development and partnerships. Previous experience with PSPs, APMs, or acquiring banks is essential.
- Network: Strong network within the payments ecosystem, particularly with acquirers, PSPs, and banks.
- Skills: Proven expertise in negotiation, strategic analysis, and relationship management. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Languages: Proficiency in professional English and fluent Russian is essential;
