  Who We Are Looking For:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, with exposure to fintech roles.
  • Proficiency in both Russian and English at an advanced level.
  • Strong self-organization skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working directly with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
