We’re looking for someone who knows how to find, engage, and place the right candidates in fintech. What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating compelling and well-targeted job descriptions that attract top talent.
- Actively sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for fintech and other business roles.
- Conducting in-depth interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure the best hiring outcomes.
- Continuously improving recruitment processes using the latest tools and industry best practices.
Who You Are
- You have at least 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to fintech roles.
- You’re fluent in Russian and English, able to communicate effectively with clients and candidates.
- You’re highly self-organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience working directly with clients to tailor recruitment strategies.
- A strong track record in hiring fintech professionals, beyond general business roles.
- Hands-on experience with advanced recruitment tools and sourcing platforms.
