As a Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their clients receive exceptional service and support.
Position: Customer Support Specialist (Fintech)
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and manage support tickets, performing manual checks on transaction statuses.
- Resolve issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Manage Client notifications and ensure clients are informed about any updates or changes promptly.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:

Experience:
- 1+ years in the fintech industry.
- Experience in handling a high volume of support tickets and customer inquiries.

- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Russian.
