This position calls for a confident, experienced sales leader who can hit the ground running, quickly integrating into the team and shaping an effective approach to growth. If a candidate’s expertise leans heavily towards one sector (either high-risk or low-risk), there’s flexibility to build dedicated teams around these strengths.
Key Responsibilities

Market and Competitive Insight
Stay current on market dynamics and competitor activity to ensure strong positioning and identify opportunities for growth. -
Developing and Executing Sales Strategy
Craft and implement a sales strategy that focuses on sustainable growth and maximizes the company's impact in global markets. -
Client Acquisition and Relationship Building
Actively seek new clients and nurture relationships across markets, understanding each client’s unique needs and tailoring solutions accordingly. -
Crafting Proposals and Leading Negotiations
Prepare clear, compelling sales proposals and manage the negotiation process to close significant deals that align with both client goals and company objectives.
Ideal Background

Proven Sales Success
5+ years in sales with consistent achievements, including a minimum of 2 years in payments or fintech to bring valuable industry insights. -
Effective Communication
Skilled in building and maintaining relationships across different levels, with an adaptable, consultative approach to understanding client needs and delivering solutions. -
Independent and Results-Driven
Ready to take ownership of the sales function, set ambitious goals, and pursue them with determination and focus. -
Languages
Proficiency in both English and Russian is essential to engage effectively with the global client base.
