As a Technical Writer, you will play a crucial role in creating clear, precise documentation that guides and educates both customers and employees.

Role:
We are seeking a highly autonomous Technical Writer with deep expertise in fintech and cryptocurrency. In this task-based position, you will be responsible for producing high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, API references, and release notes. You will interact proactively with team members to gather task details, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality technical documentation, including feature guides, developer guides, release notes, and API documentation.
• Deliver clear and concise documentation in simple, easy-to-read English.
• Improve existing documentation based on feedback.
• Review, challenge, and copy-edit content created by non-writers.
• Develop a deep understanding of the product.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in writing technical documentation.
• Ability to deliver high-quality documentation with attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in both text and visuals.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally to gather product and technical information for documentation.
• Understanding of IT principles and familiarity with API documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly motivated, independent, team player with strong learning skills and a proactive attitude.
• Experience in the payments landscape and knowledge of crypto, including differences between coins and nuances of transactions, is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English at a high level.
