Overview: 
Our client has recently acquired Principal Memberships with both Mastercard and Visa and looking for an experienced Integration & Compliance Manager. This role is essential to ensuring smooth and effective communication and partnership with these payment giants, managing compliance and integration processes, and helping drive the company's business growth in the high-stakes payments industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between our client’s business operations and Visa/Mastercard teams, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.
• Integration Oversight: Oversee and manage all aspects of the technical and procedural integration with Visa and Mastercard, setting up systems for operational compliance, risk management, and technical efficiency.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Visa and Mastercard compliance standards, ensuring that all processes and documentation meet regulatory requirements.
• Documentation & Process Management: Regularly update and manage documentation, stay abreast of Visa/Mastercard changes, and lead compliance initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (technical, business development, product) to align the integration with company goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and implement procedural improvements to ensure efficient, compliant, and secure operations with both Visa and Mastercard.

Qualifications:

• Experience: at least 2-3 years in a relevant role, hands - on experience  in integration and compliance within Visa and/or Mastercard ecosystems;
  Expertise in handling partner programs and regulatory frameworks.
• Technical and Compliance Expertise: Strong understanding of compliance requirements, technical integration, and financial regulations pertaining to high-risk payment systems.
• Language : High proficiency in English, Russian is desirable.
• Location: Preferably based in Riga to facilitate collaboration with local teams, though candidates from other European locations will be considered.
