Our client, a dynamic payment aggregator, specializes in high-risk payment operations and a wide range of payment services. With a growing team of around 20 members, they are seeking a strategic and operational leader to drive the company’s expansion and build a solid organizational structure.
The head office is located in Warsaw, but remote work is supported as most of the team is distributed.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Process Development: Design and implement efficient operational processes.
• Team Communication and Leadership: Establish clear communication channels across the team and foster a collaborative culture.
• Team Growth: Oversee team expansion and development.
• Organizational Structure & Scaling: Create and refine the company’s organizational structure to support growth and scalability.

Requirements

• Leadership Experience in Fintech: Proven experience in leadership roles within fintech, ideally in a rapidly scaling startup or neobank.
• Technical, Compliance, and People Management Knowledge: Strong understanding of fintech compliance, technical infrastructure, and team management.
• Industry Expertise: Familiarity with fiat payment solutions and cryptocurrency processing is preferred.
• Operational Excellence: Background in setting up and optimizing operational frameworks.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both Russian and English.
• Startup Mindset: A hands-on approach, with the ability to establish processes independently.
• Partnership and Investor Relations: Skilled in building and nurturing relationships with partners and investors.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to enhance the company’s appeal to investors through strategic development.
