Our client is a premier financial institution specializing in cryptocurrency services, bridging the gap between traditional finance and the dynamic world of digital currencies. This role is remote, but the main office is located in Warsaw.
They are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to move their product to the next level. 

Main Responsibilities:

1. Product Development & Optimization:
   
   • Develop roadmaps, set objectives, and manage product lifecycles for optimal market positioning.
   • Launch, and optimization, of products that support cryptocurrency and fiat payment integrations.
2. Technical Integration & Hands-On Setup
   • Work closely with the tech team to integrate various payment systems, including crypto processing tools, into existing company infrastructure.
   • Handle the technical configuration and setup of product tools, ensuring systems are functional and scalable.
3. Process Streamlining & Automation
   • Evaluate, refine, and enhance internal workflows to improve efficiency and support scalability.
   • Identify opportunities for process automation and oversee the implementation of solutions to reduce manual tasks.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
   • Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, collaborating closely with engineering, compliance, finance, and analytics.
   • Facilitate clear communication regarding requirements and ensure alignment with regulatory  standards and compliance.
5. Market & Industry Knowledge Application
   • Apply in-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and traditional payment systems to the company’s product strategy.
   • Stay updated on industry trends and leverage insights to drive product innovation and competitiveness.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role within the fintech, crypto, or payment processing industries.
• Proficiency in integrating and managing both cryptocurrency payment systems.
• Ability to handle hands-on technical tasks and set up internal tools and processes as needed.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain, crypto assets, and the digital payment ecosystem.
• Fluency in Russian and English.
• A systematic, analytical approach to problem-solving and a proven track record of process improvement.
