Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, particularly in the crypto and payments sectors.
• Regularly assess the organization’s adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate with departments such as sales, marketing, customer success, and development teams to integrate compliance into day-to-day operations.
• Monitor regulatory changes that may impact operations and ensure the organization remains ahead of these changes.
• Advise the executive team and employees on compliance-related matters.
• Participate in audit processes and provide key compliance insights.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, preferably in the crypto or fintech industries.
• Deep understanding of business, economic, and legal frameworks, including crypto regulations.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law, business, or a related field.
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations such as MiCA is a strong advantage.
