Senior Sales Manager
Our client – a global fintech company – is expanding its team and seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Sales Manager. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional ready to take ownership of the sales function, drive growth across high / low-risk sectors, and lay the groundwork for a scalable and high-performing sales organization.
This position offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in building the sales function from the ground up, with the potential to grow into a Head of Sales role as the company expands.
Key Responsibilities

Establishing and Developing the Sales Function
Set up the company’s sales processes, tools, and systems to ensure operational efficiency and scalability. Collaborate with leadership to define sales targets and create a roadmap to achieve them. Establish KPIs and continuously monitor performance to identify areas for improvement. -
Market and Competitive Insight
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to ensure strong positioning and identify growth opportunities. -
Developing and Executing Sales Strategy
Contribute to developing and implementing an impactful sales strategy that focuses on sustainable growth in global markets. -
Client Acquisition and Relationship Building
Drive client acquisition efforts by identifying new opportunities and building strong, long-term relationships across diverse markets. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to address their challenges. -
Crafting Proposals and Leading Negotiations
Prepare persuasive sales proposals and lead negotiations to secure high-value deals that align with both client objectives and company goals.
Ideal Background

Proven Sales Success
At least 5+ years of successful sales experience, including 2+ years in the payments or fintech industry. Hands-on experience in establishing and optimizing sales processes. -
Effective Communication
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a consultative and adaptable approach to managing client relationships and influencing stakeholders. -
Independent and Results-Driven
Self-driven and resourceful, with a strong track record of achieving ambitious sales targets. -
Languages
Proficiency in English (Russian would be a great addition) is essential to engage effectively with the global client base.
