Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Process Manager to document, optimize, and streamline company processes. The ideal candidate will have a fintech background, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to drive process improvement initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient workflows, fostering cross-departmental collaboration, and managing internal process documentation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document and map all business processes across departments to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements to optimize operations.
- Create and maintain visual flowcharts and process diagrams for easy comprehension and communication.
- Oversee and organize process documentation in internal systems (e.g., Confluence).
- Facilitate the adoption of new processes and tools, working collaboratively with team members to gain buy-in without imposing changes.
Desired Qualifications:
- Expertise different process optimization frameworks and methodologies (LEAN, Sigma, etc).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with all departments and build consensus.
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset, capable of balancing the precision of documentation with the ability to drive meaningful change.
- Fluent Russian and English
- Prior experience in the fintech or banking sector is a plus, but not the must-have.
