We are looking for an experienced Head of Legal and Compliance to optimize processes, manage regulatory communications, and provide comprehensive legal support for our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Legal Support: Develop and maintain the corporate structure,  tax optimization within legal frameworks.
• Licensing Management:
  • Oversee licensing operations, ensuring a well-organized approach to compliance and support processes.
  • Monitor changes in licensing requirements and ensure timely compliance.
  • Manage reporting and provide updates on licensing matters.
• Regulatory Communication:
  • Respond to inquiries from regulators.
  • Keep stakeholders informed about key regulatory and licensing updates.
• Tax Optimization: Advise on tax strategies to enhance the company’s operational efficiency.
• FinTech Expertise: Implement flexible approaches to reporting and ensure operational compliance with licensing standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in payment companies (mandatory).
• Proven experience working as a Head of Legal or similar roles.  
• Strong knowledge of licensing processes and regulatory frameworks in the payments sector.
• Expertise in corporate structure management and tax optimization.
• Fluency in Russian (mandatory); working proficiency in English.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adopt a flexible approach to problem-solving.
