About the Client:
Our client is a leading financial services company specializing in outsourced financial management solutions. They assist businesses with financial planning, analysis, reporting, and strategic finance to enhance profitability and optimize costs. Currently, they are expanding their fintech sales team and are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to enhance their outreach and automation efforts.
Position: Sales Manager
Role Overview:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving lead generation, B2B business development, and client acquisition through automated outreach strategies. This role requires expertise in digital sales techniques, outreach automation, and conducting compelling product demos to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, lead generation, outreach, client engagement, negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Utilize automated outreach tools, CRM systems, and AI-driven sales strategies to generate and nurture leads.
- Conduct engaging product demos and presentations, effectively communicating value propositions and fintech solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to fintech and financial services industries to expand the client base.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine messaging and optimize lead conversion.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, continuously improving outreach techniques and conversion rates.
Ideal Candidate:
- At least 1 year of experience in fintech sales, B2B sales, SaaS sales, or tech-related industries.
- Strong understanding of outreach automation tools, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and data-driven sales techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven personality with a passion for fintech and innovative financial solutions.
- Fluency in English and Russian is required
