Role Overview
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for clients post-signature, ensuring smooth setup, integration, and long-term success. You’ll cultivate relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure clients maximize the value of their services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the client relationship from contract signing through integration and ongoing success.
- Drive quick activation and ensure continued business growth.
- Provide daily client support and proactively resolve issues.
- Coordinate with compliance and risk teams to streamline processes.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and ensure clients maximize the service's benefits.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a PSP or payment solutions company.
- Strong knowledge of the payments industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Russian.
- Highly organized, structured, and able to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
- The proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities.
