About the Client
Our client is the CEO of a Fintech based in Riga. They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal & Business Assistant to support both professional and personal tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective time management.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and adaptable individual to thrive in a dynamic fintech environment. As the CEO’s right hand, you will handle a mix of administrative, business, and personal tasks—allowing the CEO to focus on strategic initiatives while ensuring everything behind the scenes runs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate meetings, and handle last-minute changes with ease.
- Communication & Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and organize company records, prepare reports, presentations, and order translations when needed.
- Administrative Support: Assist with document submissions to financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and notaries.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Personal Assistance: Manage personal errands, travel arrangements, and occasional household-related tasks.
- Ad Hoc Support: Assist in various business and personal projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Business Assistant, preferably supporting C-level management.
- Skills & Tools: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and tools like Trello and ChatGPT.
- Languages: Fluency in English, Latvian, and Russian.
- Personal Traits: Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism: Ability to work with discretion and handle confidential matters with care.
- Flexibility: Willingness to assist with both professional and personal tasks.
- Driving License: Required for occasional errands and travel arrangements.
