Role Overview

We are quickly expanding and looking for an HR & Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth HR operations, employee satisfaction, and compliance with local labor laws. If you're passionate about people, have experience in HR and recruitment, and possess excellent language skills, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Engage in employee relations, resolving issues, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure all HR activities comply with Latvian labour law and regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR and recruitment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Knowledge of employment regulations.
• Good knowledge of Latvian, Russian, and English.
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail.
