About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Personal Assistant to support a high-net-worth Founder in managing personal affairs, luxury assets, real estate projects across the EU and US, and event planning. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who ensures seamless daily operations, travel logistics, and household management. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, solving problems efficiently while maintaining discretion and professionalism. This is not a 9-to-5 job; the position requires flexibility and availability, including evenings and weekends, to handle urgent matters.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, and travel itineraries across multiple time zones.
- Oversee real estate projects, including refurbishments, rentals, and ongoing property maintenance.
- Ensure all real estate assets and vehicles are well-maintained, insured, and compliant with regulations.
- Hire, onboard, and manage household staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Plan and coordinate personal and business-related events.
- Handle high-level personal shopping, reservations, and event coordination.
- Provide family and VIP assistance when needed, ensuring their comfort and logistics are handled.
- Anticipate needs, troubleshoot problems, and act as a trusted liaison for the Founder.
Who You Are
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant for a high-net-worth individual.
- Strong knowledge of travel logistics; experience working for a travel agency is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of property management, luxury travel, household operations, and event planning.
- Fluent in Russian and English; additional languages (Latvian) are a plus.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly discreet, proactive, and able to adapt to a demanding schedule.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
