About the Client
We’re working with a growing international FinTech company that provides advanced, secure credit card processing and multi-currency payment solutions. PCI-DSS compliant and easily integrated into major e-commerce platforms, they’re all about seamless, reliable transactions for global businesses.
Role Overview
As Business Development Manager, you’ll be the face of the company—generating leads, starting conversations, and representing the brand at industry events. Your mission is to grow our reach in the high-risk payments space by targeting the right people, with the right message, at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound outreach.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions and networking events.
- Build and maintain a growing network of relevant contacts.
- Tailor and pitch payment solutions to high-risk clients.
- Track market trends and client feedback to adjust outreach strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams.
- Provide clear reporting on pipeline and performance
Requirements
- Deep understanding of FinTech and payment gateway products.
- Experience attending at least 2–3 industry-specific exhibitions.
- Fluent in both English and Russian (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of how high-risk payment sales are structured.
- Holds EU residency and is ready to travel frequently.
