About the Client

They are currently in the process of creating a new product for the C2B market, aiming to meet regulatory standards while ensuring robust architecture, security, and monitoring systems.

Role Overview

As a DevOps Architect, you will be pivotal in designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure solutions. You will work closely with development and operations teams to streamline processes, enhance system performance, and ensure seamless platform integration. Your expertise will be crucial in driving the company's technological advancements and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Design: Develop and implement scalable infrastructure solutions that support the company's growth and technological needs.
• Automation and Optimisation: Automate deployment processes and optimise system performance to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of goals.
• Monitoring and Security: Implement robust monitoring and security measures to protect systems and data.
• Tool Selection: Evaluate and select appropriate tools and technologies to support DevOps practices and improve workflow efficiency.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure designs, processes, and best practices.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance overall system performance.

Requirements

• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Automation Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Security Knowledge: Familiarity with security best practices and tools for monitoring and protecting infrastructure.
• Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve infrastructure challenges.
• Experience: Previous experience in a DevOps or infrastructure role, with a track record of successful project delivery.
