Key Responsibilities
- Address and resolve basic customer inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Work night and weekend shifts to ensure continuous support availability.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year in a support role, preferably in fintech.
- Fluent in English and Russian (Ukrainian is a plus).
- Strong technical foundation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently during night and weekend shifts.
