About the Client
Our client is the founder of an international fintech company offering online payment solutions for businesses and individuals. With a fast-paced professional and personal life across multiple countries, the founder is looking for a highly capable, smart, and self-sufficient Personal Assistant to bring clarity, control, and calm to the chaos of global leadership.
About the Role
This is not your typical office assistant role. We’re looking for a high-level personal and executive assistant — someone who thrives under pressure, can juggle complexity with grace, and brings structure and proactivity into a highly dynamic lifestyle.
You’ll manage a wide range of both personal and business-related responsibilities — from travel and scheduling to household management, events, and private matters — serving as a trusted gatekeeper and problem-solver.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar with precision, anticipate scheduling needs, plan weeks ahead, and handle changes calmly and efficiently.
- Organize complex international travel (multiple destinations, fast changes, visas, top-tier hotels, fine dining, activities).
- Coordinate family logistics, including children’s schedules, family events, and holiday planning.
- Oversee household management in multiple countries: payments, maintenance, staff coordination (drivers, cleaners, nannies, etc.).
- Handle private purchases, document flows, invoice tracking, and personal errands.
- Support business matters such as meeting arrangements, document preparation, internal and external communications.
- Act as a first point of contact, protecting the founder’s time and attention.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, ideally supporting founders, investors, or C-level executives.
- Fluent in Russian and English (Latvian is a strong plus).
- Background in supporting both personal and business needs in parallel.
- Experience organizing high-end travel, luxury bookings, VIP service.
- Proven ability to manage domestic staff and coordinate with contractors.
- High emotional intelligence, excellent manners, and tact.
- Comfortable with a dynamic schedule and 24/7 availability when required.
- Background in tech or fintech is a plus.
