Role Overview
As an SDR / Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a key role in business development by identifying and qualifying potential B2B clients. Your work will directly impact sales growth and the expansion of the company’s partner network.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and lead generation via cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls).
- Qualifying potential clients (PSPs, merchants, iGaming/FX platforms).
- Managing CRM (database updates, status tracking, reporting).
- Contributing to lead generation strategies and A/B testing outreach approaches.
- Preparing materials for initial meetings (presentations, case studies).
- Conducting market and competitor research to refine lead acquisition tactics.
Requirements
- Experience in sales or lead generation (1+ years, preferably in fintech/crypto).
- Understanding of the B2B sales cycle and cold outreach techniques.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Written English (minimum B2 level), and Ukrainian or Russian (Fluent B2-C2)
- Analytical mindset: ability to work with metrics (conversion rates, response rates).
