About the Client

Our client is a fast-growing company in the crypto & fiat space, developing innovative financial solutions. The primary mission is to build a C2B platform for cross-border crypto and fiat transactions.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on communication & coordination role. You’ll be the first point of contact with B2B clients (crypto/fiat businesses), responding to inquiries and making sure each request is routed to the right team member efficiently. You’re not just answering questions — you're helping financial transactions move forward between companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming requests in internal chat channels (Telegram, Slack, etc.).

• Communicate with clients — clarify their needs, confirm transaction details.

• Route tasks to the appropriate internal team (compliance, tech, etc.).

• Ensure client issues are followed up and closed.

• Keep records of conversations and outcomes in a CRM or spreadsheet.

• Support operational improvements over time (better routing, faster handling).

Requirements

• Experience: 1-3 years in fintech, payments, or crypto.

• Has worked in a support, operations, or account management role.

• Speaks Russian and English fluently.

• Understanding of processing financial transactions (crypto/fiat is a big plus).

• Can navigate messy or chaotic systems and stay calm.

• Self-sufficient and proactive — no need for hand-holding.

• Organized, calm under pressure, and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
