About the Client
Our client is a modern payment-processing platform based in Cyprus, supporting merchants, fintechs, and platforms with scalable and compliant solutions across acquiring, FX, alternative payment methods, and crypto rails. The company is expanding its reach from Asia to Europe, offering a unique opportunity to drive the marketing of a product transitioning to a global market.
Role Overview
As the first marketing hire, you will be responsible for creating and executing the go-to-market strategy for the company’s new crypto-processing product. Your focus will be on building brand awareness and generating leads in European markets while leveraging the existing Asian client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and launch a GTM plan for the crypto-processing platform across Europe.
- Lead Generation: Drive inbound demand through multi-channel campaigns tailored for European fintechs and platforms.
- Brand & Positioning: Adapt brand messaging to resonate with both Asian and European audiences.
- Performance Marketing: Plan and execute digital ad campaigns (LinkedIn, Google), SEO, and retargeting.
- Content & Product Marketing: Create sales decks, landing pages, onboarding content, case studies, and blog posts.
- Market Insights: Monitor trends in Asian and European payment/crypto markets and provide insights to Product & Sales teams.
- Analytics: Track performance, optimize based on data, and report KPIs to leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, Compliance, and Tech teams to ensure alignment.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in B2B marketing (fintech, crypto, payments, or SaaS).
- Product Launch: Experience launching and growing international products.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Asian market dynamics in crypto or payments; experience in European markets is a plus.
- Digital Campaigns: Expertise in LinkedIn, Google, email, and SEO campaigns.
- Content Skills: Strong product marketing and content writing/editing skills in English.
- Compliance Familiarity: Understanding of KYC, AML, and compliance-driven industries.
