Role Overview

As a Finance Specialist, you will support day-to-day financial operations and work closely with the acting CFO. This role involves transaction reconciliation, financial oversight, and collaborating with high-risk PSP operations. You will assist in setting up internal controls and participate in financial audits and risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Operations: Support daily operations, including transaction reconciliation, reserves, fees, and settlements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the CFO on monthly reporting and financial oversight.
• PSP Operations: Engage with card schemes, acquiring, and settlement cycles in high-risk environments.
• Internal Controls: Assist in setting up controls, cash flow forecasting, and management reports.
• Audits and Risk: Participate in financial audits, risk assessments, and liaise with PSP partners.
• Analytics Tools: Help build tools and models for real-time financial analytics and decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience: Ex-auditors or financial analysts preferred; experience in payments or high-risk financial environments is a plus.
• Location: Based in or ready to relocate to London.
• Skills: Fast learner, self-starter, and enjoys building processes from scratch.
• Languages: Fluent in Russian and English.
