About the Client

Our client is a fintech startup headquartered in Riga, Latvia, offering a robust technical platform for B2B clients to process online payments. The company is focused on innovation, clarity, and delivering seamless payment infrastructure. The company works in the high-risk payments space, partnering with PSPs and banks to support efficient onboarding and reconciliation operations.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Reconciliation & Onboarding Manager to join our team in Riga. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want to break into fintech. You’ll support both client onboarding and financial reconciliation, helping ensure smooth client integration and accurate transaction reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Onboarding

  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process from documentation to activation.
  • Collect and verify compliance documents (KYC/KYB).
  • Coordinate with PSPs, banks, and internal teams to ensure timely onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records and support process improvement.

2. Financial Reconciliation 

  • Reconcile daily transactions across multiple payment channels and acquiring partners.
  • Detect and investigate discrepancies or data mismatches.
  • Prepare reconciliation reports and assist with internal financial tracking.
  • Work with Excel and internal tools to manage large data volumes.

Requirements

    . Experience with Excel (formulas, filters, pivot tables).
    . Structured and detail-oriented mindset.
    . Comfortable working with documentation and routine processes.
    . Basic understanding of fintech, finance, or payments.
    . Strong willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
    . English or Russian proficiency.
