Role Overview

As a Reconciliation Specialist, you will ensure the accuracy of financial transactions across multiple PSPs and banking partners. 

You will work under the mentorship of a senior team lead, gaining hands-on experience in payment operations and financial workflows. This role offers a great opportunity to grow within a fast-paced FinTech environment while learning from experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily transactions across multiple payment channels and acquiring partners.
• Work extensively with Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data filters) and internal tools to manage large volumes of data.
• Detect and investigate discrepancies or data mismatches.
• Prepare reconciliation reports and assist with internal financial tracking.

Requirements.

. Juniors and graduates are welcome with a degree in economics, finance,or business.

. Experience with Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data filters) and internal tools to manage large volumes of data.

. Structured and detail-oriented mindset.

. Comfortable working with documentation and routine processes.

. Basic understanding of fintech, finance, or payments.

. Strong willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.

. English, Latvian and Russian proficiency.
