Our client is an international group of companies in the iGaming industry. The group is actively expanding its commercial reach and building skilled in-house teams to support strategic development across multiple verticals

Role Overview
This is a strategic CEO position with full ownership of operational and commercial development across B2B, GameDev, and operator-facing business units. The role requires a hands-on executive capable of bringing structure, focus, and execution power to a multi-market iGaming organization

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategy across core business lines

• Oversee operational delivery, performance, and cross-unit collaboration

• Align product, marketing, sales, and finance under a unified roadmap

• Build scalable processes and a strong organizational structure

• Monitor key business metrics and drive data-informed decisions

• Lead and mentor senior leadership across departments

• Represent the group in external partnerships and board discussions

Requirements

• 5+ years in executive leadership roles within the iGaming industry

• Proven experience with operator businesses, B2B partnerships, and/or GameDev models

• Track record of scaling multi-market, multi-brand structures

• Strong operational and commercial acumen

• Fluent in English and Russian
