About the Client
Our client is an international group of companies in the iGaming industry. The group is actively expanding its commercial reach and building skilled in-house teams to support strategic development across multiple verticals.

Role Overview
This role leads the CRM function across multiple brands and markets. The Head of CRM will own the communication strategy and player journeys, working closely with retention, product, and data teams to improve engagement, loyalty, and customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute CRM strategies across email, SMS, push, in-app, and onsite

• Build segmented, automated user journeys based on lifecycle and behavior

• Collaborate with BI to define targeting logic and optimize campaign performance

• Work with retention, product, and promo teams to align CRM with wider initiatives

• Monitor CRM KPIs (engagement, reactivation, churn, LTV) and iterate accordingly

• Lead testing and optimization of messaging, timing, and channels

• Ensure CRM operations meet compliance and data protection standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of CRM experience in the iGaming industry

• Strong hands-on knowledge of CRM platforms, automation tools, and analytics

• Experience working across multiple brands and markets

• Ability to translate user data into actionable campaign flows

• Fluent in English and Russian
