Role Overview
As a Senior Technical Analyst, you will bridge business needs and technical implementation. Acting as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and technical specialists, you will ensure smooth integrations, provide technical support, and manage successful migrations to new solutions. This cross-functional role requires deep technical fluency and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Architecture Understanding: gain a deep understanding of the platform’s architecture, including APIs, gateways, and integration logic.
- Documentation Analysis: simplify complex technical documentation for non-technical team members.
- Migration Oversight: manage full-cycle migration processes from requirement gathering to testing and implementation.
- Advanced Technical Support: assist partners and clients with complex technical issues beyond standard support capabilities.
- Integration Assistance: support merchants with integration, error resolution, diagnostics, and end-to-end testing.
- Product Launch Participation: define technical requirements and validate against documentation for new products and services.
- Cross-Functional Bridging: acts as the technical bridge between product, development, and business teams.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of API design and integration protocols (REST, SOAP, Webhooks, OAuth, etc.)
- Proven experience working with technical documentation and the ability to interpret complex manuals/gate instructions
- Hands-on experience with integration testing tools (e.g., Postman, Insomnia, curl)
- Ability to analyze logs, error reports, and trace data to identify and resolve technical failures
- Familiarity with payment gateways, acquiring, billing, and transaction processing concepts is a plus
- Experience collaborating with developers, engineers, and integration teams
- Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written).
