About the Client

Our client is a fintech startup headquartered in Riga, Latvia, offering a robust technical platform for B2B clients to process online payments. The company works in the high-risk payments space, partnering with PSPs and banks to support efficient onboarding and reconciliation operations.

Role Overview

As an Onboarding & Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in integrating new clients into our ecosystem and managing external relationships with banks and PSPs. This is a hybrid role combining operational onboarding with elements of partnership management. You won’t just collect documents — you’ll represent the company in meetings with financial institutions, advocate for smooth client integrations, and ensure all technical and compliance requirements are fulfilled on both sides.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full client onboarding process, including documentation collection and internal coordination.
• Guide new clients through each onboarding stage and provide regular updates.
• Work with banks, PSPs, and compliance teams to ensure all KYC/KYB requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate client records and continuously improve onboarding procedures.

Requirements

• Junior Specialists are welcome with an economics, finance, or business degree. 
• Previous experience in FinTech or Financial Services is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
• Proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn and grow into a long-term role.
• English, Latvian and Russian proficiency.
