About the Client
Our client is an international, rapidly developing payment service provider (PSP) with a strong presence in emerging and established markets. They focus on delivering tailored payment solutions to high-risk and niche industries, ensuring seamless integration and compliance across multiple regions.
Role Overview
This leadership role is focused on managing and developing a team of BD & Partner Managers, turning strategy into tangible results. You will be responsible for people management, process efficiency, mentoring, and ensuring the team delivers on business objectives while maintaining high-quality partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 6–8 BD & Partner Managers
Plan, prioritize, and oversee team performance
Participate in strategic meetings with top management and translate objectives into team tasks
Provide mentoring and support to managers during negotiations and partner activations
Drive and maintain relationships with key top-tier partners
Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of tasks and projects
Coordinate with cross-functional teams: product, compliance, risk, finance
Requirements
5+ years in partnership sales or BD, preferably in fintech or iGaming
2+ years of experience managing a team (minimum 3 people)
Experience with high-risk industries
Understanding of CIS, Latin America, and Asian market specifics
Knowledge of the full partnership lifecycle: research → negotiation → activation → account management
Strong strategic thinking combined with operational control
Excellent Russian and fluent English (the role involves communication with international clients)
Key Soft Skills

Structured and systematic approach
Ability to communicate effectively with both C-level and team members
High emotional intelligence and problem-solving mindset
Ability to maintain focus under pressure
