Business Development & Partnerships Manager
Drive partnerships and market expansion for a growing fintech PSP
We have a number of international Fintech companies looking for team members for their Latvian offices.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Manager to take ownership of the entire partner lifecycle – from prospecting and negotiations to integration and long-term account growth. This role will also focus on ensuring operational excellence and smooth coordination of all internal processes related to partners.
Key Responsibilities
Research and select potential partners (wallets, acquirers, payment providers).
Lead negotiations and launch new partnerships.
Manage the integration process (technical and communication aspects).
Maintain and grow existing partner relationships.
Oversee operational processes related to partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Compliance, Risk, and Finance.
Contribute to the development of new business areas.
Requirements
Proven B2B partnership experience in fintech (preferably with wallets, acquirers, or PSPs).
Understanding of high-risk industries (e.g., gambling, crypto).
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
Fluent in English and Russian — the role involves communication with international clients.
Experience in operational partner support and process coordination.
