Fast-growing international PSP with a strong global presence high-risk verticals, with a primary focus on online gambling is scaling its reach in some of the most promising markets worldwide.
Role Overview
We’re seeking a driven Leader to take full ownership of a partnerships & BD team (up to 8 people). You’ll transform strategy into execution, build scalable processes, mentor your managers, and ensure the team consistently delivers results. This is a role for someone who thrives on leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and commercial impact—not hands-on sales.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a partnerships/BD team (6–8 members).
Plan, prioritise, and monitor performance to hit strategic targets.
Represent the team in leadership meetings and cascade goals effectively.
Support managers in negotiations, deal prioritisation, and partner activation.
Handle high-level talks with strategic partners.
Ensure smooth onboarding and growth for new hires.
Work closely with product, compliance, and risk teams.
Requirements
5+ years in partnerships or BD, ideally in fintech or iGaming.
2+ years managing a team of 3+ people.
Experience in high-risk industries.
Market knowledge: CIS, LatAm, Asia.
End-to-end partnership cycle expertise.
Key Soft Skills
Strategic mindset with operational agility.
Strong communicator with excellent Russian and fluent English (the role involves communication with international clients).
Highly organised, structured, and results-focused.
Emotional intelligence and ability to engage both executives and teams.
Calm, responsible, and decisive under pressure.
