About the Client
Our client is a growing fintech startup headquartered in Riga, Latvia, offering a reliable platform for B2B clients to manage online payments. The company operates in the high-risk payments space, working with PSPs and banks to deliver smooth onboarding and ongoing client support. Role Overview
As the first Account Manager in the team, you will become the key point of contact for new and existing clients. Your role will focus on guiding clients through onboarding, handling documentation, and ensuring long-term success by supporting their needs. This is a client-facing position involving communication with international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding of new clients from start to finish.
- Work with contracts, KYC/AML, and other documentation.
- Maintain clear and structured client records.
- Act as the main contact point for client questions and requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client needs.
- Support ongoing client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
- Help clients get the most from the company’s services.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in account management, customer success, or operations in fintech, payments, or a related industry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with documentation.
- Basic knowledge of fintech and payments (KYC, onboarding, compliance).
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Proactive, structured, and client-oriented mindset

- Russian language skills are an advantage.
