About the Client
Our client is a scaling Payment company specializing in payment solutions across various industries, including licensed high-risk sectors. They are now looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand their client base in the UK & EU markets.
About the Role
The CEO is looking for a Personal Assistant to support him with everyday operational and administrative tasks. This role involves both professional and occasional personal errands, so discretion and high attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar management and scheduling.
- Coordinating travel (flights, hotels, transport).
- Managing communication with subcontractors and service providers.
- Occasional personal errands (e.g. organize dry cleaning, car service, household services).
- General research and follow-ups.
- Ad-hoc tasks to make the CEO’s life easier.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a similar assistant/PA role (1+ years).
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and bring a structured approach to unpredictable schedules.
- Fluent in English, Latvian, and Russian.
- Strong digital literacy: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello, ChatGPT, etc.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and a service-first mindset.
- Valid driving license and flexibility to run occasional errands.
