Role Overview

As a Financial Generalist, you will play a key role in managing the company’s financial flows across both crypto and fiat. This is a hands-on, universal position bridging CFO and Treasury Manager responsibilities. You will help bring order and clarity to financial operations, support leadership in decision-making, and set the foundation for systematic financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Payment Flow Management: Oversee and route payments through various gateways.
• Market Analysis: Conduct quick assessments of market trends to inform financial decisions.
• Financial Control: Manage and allocate financial flows, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Risk Minimization: Identify and minimize errors and risks in financial operations.
• Transparency: Maintain clear and transparent financial records within the company.
• Process Development: Build and refine systematic financial processes and reporting.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–3 years in fintech, payments, or banking.
• Treasury & CFO Skills: Knowledge of treasury operations and basic CFO functions.
• Systematic Approach: Ability to structure financial work, accounting, and analysis.
• Independence: Comfortable working without constant supervision.
• Responsibility & Integrity: High attention to detail, honesty, and accountability.
