Role Overview
We are looking for a HR Director to take ownership of the company’s people function and bring it to the next level. This role combines strategy and operations: from designing processes and implementing systems to shaping the HR brand and supporting leadership in building a high-performing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and roll out HR processes across recruitment, onboarding, retention, and performance.
Build and promote a strong HR brand to attract top iGaming professionals.
Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with fast business growth.
Lead talent acquisition for diverse functions: product, tech, marketing, creative.
Implement HR systems and tools for scalable, data-driven operations.
Design L&D initiatives to boost team expertise and leadership pipeline.
Ensure compliance with employment regulations across multiple geographies.
Mentor and grow the HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Requirements
5+ years of HR leadership experience.
Proven track record in building or scaling HR processes in fast-paced environments.
Strong knowledge of international HR practices and compliance.
Hands-on experience with HR systems, recruitment tools, and data-driven decision-making.
Fluency in Russian and English, with excellent communication skills.
Balance of strategic vision and operational execution.
