Role Overview
As a Sales and Business Development Manager specializing in payment solutions, you will be responsible for building and managing key partnerships across the industry. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about fintech, blockchain technology, and the rapidly growing cryptocurrency payment industry.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients in the PSP and fintech industries.
Develop and manage a sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets, while fostering long-term relationships in the crypto payment solutions space.
Identify market pain points and provide customized solutions to drive long-term business relationships and B2B partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies, generate new leads, and align on project goals for payment solutions.
Proactively identify new business opportunities and manage them from lead generation to deal closure.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, demos, and proposals to potential clients in the fintech sector.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in sales or business development within the crypto or fintech industry.
At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
Strong understanding of payment technologies, familiarity with blockchain technology, crypto payment processing, and cryptocurrency solutions.
Fluent in English and Russian, with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Quick thinker, able to overcome obstacles and close deals independently. Self-motivated with the ability to identify challenges and resolve them proactively.
Focused on meeting and exceeding sales targets with experience working with KPIs.
Ability to travel for business purposes and be eligible for a Schengen visa.
A well-established network within the fintech and cryptocurrency industries is a plus.
