About the Client
International, fast-growing iGaming company from Latvia operating two licensed online casino brands in a highly regulated market. One brand is live, and the second is launching soon. 

Role Overview
This is a hands-on leadership position with full responsibility for company performance, including P&L ownership. The CEO will focus on driving commercial strategy, operational excellence, and marketing efforts to ensure growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of company P&L and deliver on financial targets
  • Define and drive commercial and growth strategy across brands
  • Lead and optimize operations across all departments
  • Oversee marketing and customer acquisition strategy
  • Ensure compliance with Latvian regulations
  • Represent the company with regulators, partners, and stakeholders
  • Build and motivate a high-performing team

Requirements

  • Experience in iGaming, marketing, or commercial leadership
  • Understanding of P&L and financial performance metrics
  • Hands-on and results-driven approach
  • Riga-based or willing to relocate
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
