Role Overview
We are looking for a Deputy Operations Manager to take ownership of daily execution within fintech operations. Reporting to the Head of Operations, this role combines hands-on management with cross-functional coordination. You will be responsible for implementing policies, monitoring workflows, and resolving issues, ensuring that business processes run smoothly and support the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across onboarding, payments, compliance, and customer support.

• Coordinate with internal teams (Compliance, IT, Legal, Finance, Support) to ensure smooth execution.

• Monitor KPIs and operational performance, escalating risks or issues when needed.

• Support rollout of new procedures, tools, and automation projects.

• Prepare and maintain documentation required for audits, licensing, and internal reviews.

• Handle operational escalations and route them to the right stakeholders.

• Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or fintech/payments.

• Solid understanding of workflows in regulated industries (payments, fintech, financial services).

• Hands-on, execution-focused mindset with strong organisational skills.

• Ability to work independently while keeping leadership informed.

• Excellent English communication skills (the role involves communication with international clients).
