Our client is a crypto processing company, with 10+ years of experience. They help businesses with wallets, merchant tools, and crypto payment acceptance, especially in high-risk industries.
Role Overview
As Sales Manager, you’ll focus on identifying and closing strategic B2B opportunities in the real estate sector. You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing — while collaborating with finance, and compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and growing your own pipeline of clients.
- Generate leads through outbound prospecting, industry events, and professional networks.
- Deliver tailored presentations and proposals to each client.
- Price and contract negotiation with decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product offering with client needs.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility through clear reporting.
- Stay informed on trends in both crypto payments and the real estate industry.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B outbound sales experience (bonus points for high-risk sectors).
- Solid understanding of sales strategy with a proven track record in building and executing high-performing sales pipelines.
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals.
- Good knowledge of crypto payment systems and genuine interest in the crypto industry
- Proficient in CRM tools with expertise in managing structured sales pipelines
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and evolving market
- English level C1, the role involves communication with international clients
