About the Client
An international fintech company creating custom payment solutions for businesses. The company operates as a PSP, helping clients worldwide manage financial flows efficiently. Offices are located in Riga and Cyprus. The team consists of around 50 people.

Role Overview
The COO ensures smooth, efficient, and scalable company operations by translating strategy into clear execution across all departments. The role oversees operations, legal and risk management, marketing, and projects, ensuring fast, precise, and measurable results. The COO also leads the department heads, aligning all functions into a cohesive, high-performing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the company strategy and ensure departmental OKRs are met.

• Optimise operational processes, document workflows, and improve efficiency.

• Coordinate across departments to ensure clear dependencies and fast execution.

• Manage key company projects on time and within budget.

• Oversee operational, contractual, and regulatory risk management.

• Ensure marketing operations align with commercial and strategic objectives.

• Lead the department heads' team, fostering accountability and collaboration.

Requirements

• Proven experience as COO, Head of Operations, or Delivery Lead in a fast-growing B2B payments company.

• Ability to build operational structure and processes from scratch.

• Skilled in cross-department leadership, process optimization, and systemization.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational discipline, and outcome orientation.

• Comfortable working in dynamic environments and translating ambiguity into structured systems.
