Role Overview

You will be the first Operations Manager, responsible for building and managing operational processes from the ground up. Your focus will be on ensuring efficiency, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations while supporting the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, document, and optimize operational processes across the business
• Monitor and track team tasks and performance
• Collaborate with internal teams: finance, compliance, customer success, and tech
• Oversee onboarding and operational workflows for clients and internal staff
• Support process automation and integration of business tools
• Provide insights and reports to leadership for strategic decisions
  
  Requirements
  
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in fintech or payments
• Strong process building, optimization, and automation skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in small or growing companies
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in fintech/financial services
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
