About the Client:
Our client is a fast-growing fintech infrastructure company providing end-to-end financial and crypto-fiat technology solutions to global businesses. They enable companies to launch and scale financial products without building internal banking or crypto infrastructure, offering tools such as multi-currency business accounts, Banking-as-a-Service, card issuing, crypto–fiat on/off-ramp, and embedded finance solutions.
Role Overview
As a Partnership Sales Manager, you will play a key role in expanding the company’s ecosystem by building high-value partnerships across fintech, crypto, PSPs, SaaS platforms, and embedded finance providers. You will own the full partnership cycle — from sourcing and first outreach to closing deals and handing them over to the operations team. This role is ideal for a proactive, charismatic communicator who thrives in a fast-growing startup environment and knows how to build trust, identify opportunities, and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and onboard new partners through LinkedIn outreach, research, community engagement, and warm introductions.
- Lead first calls, demos, and presentations, clearly articulating the product’s value proposition.
- Manage the full partnership pipeline in CRM and ensure consistent status updates.
- Close partnership agreements and smoothly transition accounts to operational and account management teams.
- Experiment with new acquisition channels.
- Gather market feedback and share insights with the product and leadership teams.
- Contribute to building a scalable partnership program from the ground up.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and events across Europe.
Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years of B2B partnerships or business development experience (FinTech, SaaS, payments, embedded finance highly preferred).
- Proven ability to independently run the entire partnership funnel — sourcing → pitching → closing → development.
- Proactive hunter mentality — finds opportunities, initiates conversations, and closes deals without micromanagement.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple deals in parallel, startup-ready, comfortable operating in high-growth environments.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
Work Model: Remote, with occasional travel to industry forums and exhibitions.
