Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager (Partnerships) responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and scaling referral and reseller partners across low- and medium-risk verticals, by creating scalable acquisition channels and open new niches for the product. You will act as the key driver of partnership revenue and developing long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and onboard new partners who can drive merchant acquisition.
- Build partnerships through referral, co-sell, and reseller models across low/medium-risk verticals.
- Expand the partner network in new industries such as travel, tourism, hospitality, luxury services, premium retail and adjacent sectors.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Legal, Compliance, Marketing) to ensure smooth partner onboarding and merchant activation.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify partnership opportunities.
- Provide structured partner feedback to product and leadership teams.
Ideal Candidate:
- 1–3+ years in Business Development, Partnerships, Channel Sales, or Consulting.
- A strong, real professional network in one or more of the following areas:
- Payment consultants or legal advisors in iGaming (Curaçao, Anjouan, Malta, Cyprus, etc.)
- Travel, tourism, or hospitality
- Luxury, concierge, premium retail
- PSPs, acquiring banks, payment aggregators
- Proven experience acquiring and developing partner relationships (referral, resell, or agency models).
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Soft skills:
- High energy, proactive mindset, and commercial drive.
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
- Ownership mentality with the ability to work independently.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn the fintech/crypto domain (full training provided).
