Role Overview
As a Finance Manager, take ownership of financial reporting, analytical processes, and tax structuring across the group. This role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and product, offering the opportunity to build reliable financial frameworks, support ERP implementation, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data across a fast-moving international organisation. The role involves active communication with international teams.
Key Responsibilities
- The preparation of accurate internal and external financial statements
- Manage and analyse the full financial stack, including P&L, cash flow reporting, and group-level balances
- Lead tax planning and structuring activities to support global operations
- Support and contribute to the successful implementation of the ERP system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable smooth financial operations and reporting flows
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in finance management, FP&A, audit, or similar financial roles
- Strong background in Big4 or multinational companies, with hands-on experience in audit and financial controls
- Solid understanding of IFRS and group reporting standards
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
