Business Development Manager
Looking for a BizDev Manager with a strong industry network to help expand a fast-growing global fintech’s partner ecosystem and unlock new market opportunities.

A rapidly expanding fintech building modern crypto-processing, crypto-to-fiat rails, and business wallet infrastructure for global digital businesses. The company works across multiple regions, supports a wide ecosystem of partners, and is now strengthening its partnership development function to accelerate growth through new channels and industries.
Role Overview
As a BizDev Manager (Partnerships), you will focus on sourcing, activating, and developing partners across low/medium-risk verticals. Your goal will be to grow the partner ecosystem, unlock new niches, and expand the company’s presence across consulting, travel, luxury, and payment-related networks. This is a business-driving role centered on relationship development, market exploration, and revenue-generating partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, source, and onboard new partners, agents, and referral channels.
Build long-term relationships with consultants, service providers, and businesses across relevant industries.
Drive co-sell, referral, and resell models for crypto-processing, crypto-fiat rails, and business wallet solutions.
Develop partners in “white” verticals (low/medium-risk) and expand into new niches.
Grow partnerships specifically within iGaming consulting and providers (not operators), when applicable.
Manage full partnership lifecycle — from initial outreach to activation and ongoing development.
Understand partner business needs and tailor collaboration models accordingly.
Track partnership performance, pipeline development, and market feedback.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Compliance to support smooth partner workflows.
Maintain structured, up-to-date CRM and internal documentation.
Requirements
Strong network in one or more of the following industries:
payment or legal consultants (especially within iGaming),
travel / tourism / hospitality,
luxury & concierge / premium retail,
partnerships at PSPs, banks, or aggregators.
Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or consultative sales.
Ability to build trust-based business relationships and work with high-level partners.
English level B2+ or higher.
Comfort communicating across Telegram, email, and calls.
High level of initiative, independence, and commercial thinking.
Willingness to learn fintech and crypto-payments if network aligns with target verticals.
